Protection and Processing of Personal Data of Clients and Potential Clients
We greatly value your patronage as our clients and have prepared for you a summary of the manner and scope of personal data processing, including the extent of your rights as data subjects related to the processing of your personal data.
DATA CONTROLLER

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
We process only such personal data and to such an extent that allows us to provide our services, comply with our legal obligations, and protect our legitimate interests. We collect personal data of our clients, including potential clients who are interested in our services or who have given consent to be contacted with offers of our services.
We process your identification and contact details, namely: First name, surname, phone number, email, address, date of birth, as well as document number and nationality (for foreign nationals).
We may process your personal data:
- Without the need for your consent based on a concluded contract. We process personal data for the purposes of fulfilling your contract. Providing your personal data is entirely voluntary in this case, but it is necessary for the conclusion and subsequent administration of the contract. Certain information is transferred to state authorities (e.g., the Foreign Police in the case of foreign nationals).
- Based on legitimate interests so that we can inform you about news regarding the products you use and offer you further services and products.
- With your consent for the purposes of certain marketing operations (sending special offers and advertising communications).
DATA PROCESSORS
Personal data is processed directly by CPAW or selected processors who also provide sufficient and credible guarantees regarding the security of your personal data (e.g., an external accounting company). Before transferring customers’ personal data to a third party, a written contract on the processing of personal data is always concluded with this third party, containing the same guarantees for personal data processing as those imposed by law and observed by CPAW. Furthermore, under certain conditions, your personal data may be made accessible to state authorities (courts, police, notaries, tax authorities, etc., within the exercise of their legal powers).
DATA RETENTION PERIOD
We retain personal data only for the period necessary to fulfill the stated purpose. For the provision of our services, we process your personal data for the duration of your contract; after the termination of the contractual relationship, data is kept for the period strictly necessary and required by legal regulations.
CLIENT RIGHTS
- Right to withdraw consent: If we process personal data based on your consent, you may withdraw such consent at any time free of charge.
- Right to information and access: You have the right to obtain confirmation from us as to whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed and, if so, the right to access this data and other information about the processing.
- Right to rectification: You have the right to have inaccurate personal data concerning you corrected without undue delay.
- Right to restriction of processing: In certain cases, you have the right to have us restrict the processing of your personal data.
- Right to object: If you believe that the processing of personal data is carried out in violation of your privacy or in violation of legal regulations, you have the right to object to such processing.
- Right to data portability: You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and the right to transmit this data to another controller directly from CPAW Holding, a.s., where technically feasible.
- Right to erasure (Right to be forgotten): You have the right to the erasure of your personal data by CPAW Holding, a.s., which is obliged to comply unless prevented by legal or contractual obligations.
