Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees for individual clients

For reservations of up to 5 rooms and a maximum length of 4 nights.

3 days or more before arrival	without cancellation fees
2 days or less before arrival	100% of the price of the first night

Cancellation fees for groups

For accommodation reservations for which 5 rooms or more are reserved or for reservations for which the length of accommodation exceeds 5 nights.
Cancellation fees are set as a percentage of the total price of the stay and are set as follows:

21 days or more before arrival	without cancellation fees
20-14 days before arrival	25%
13-7 days before arrival	50%
6-2 days before arrival	75%
2 days or less before arrival	100%

Parking

Parking is possible in public unguarded parking lots behind the hotel building, on Věžní street, which can be reached from Ruská street, along Mírová street.
